Having just graduated from university, I want to share my knowledge with you to deliver the highest quality service possible. A Bit More About Me...


I commenced my journey into the realm of health and fitness at the age of 16, which aligned with the start of my Physical Education and Biology A-level studies, and my enrollment at a local gym. Since then, delving into the intricacies of human movement and physiological processes has continuously captivated my interest. Several years have elapsed since, leading to the achievement of a 1st Class BSc (Hons) degree in Sport and Exercise Science from the University of Surrey and the successful completion of my Level 3 Personal Training certification.


Alongside my studies I have worked as a fitness intructor at two different gyms and I have also worked as a strength & conditioning volunteer with Harlequins rugby academy. Additionally, throughout my degree, and my own fitness endeavours, I have been trialed and tested to apply my teachings to a plethora of different scenarios. Ranging from coming up with innovative ways to train injured clients, to prescripting in-depth workout programmes to elicit optimal sporting performance in trained athletes.

Jack's Fitness


As I've said, fitness is a passion of mine and therefore, I like to have goals that push me to train hard and be better. In November I ran 500km, followed by a 60km ultra-marathon on December 1st to raise money for Movember - a charity aimed at raising funds and awareness for men's mental and physical health. It was a very tough challenge that pushed me to my physical and mental limits, but I loved running for such a great cause. But now 2024 is here I've got my sights set on even bigger goals!
